{"id":35,"date":"2025-11-25T15:38:09","date_gmt":"2025-11-25T15:38:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/scaleistanbul.com\/?post_type=scale_sektor&#038;p=35"},"modified":"2026-01-29T12:16:03","modified_gmt":"2026-01-29T12:16:03","slug":"e-ticaret","status":"publish","type":"scale_sektor","link":"https:\/\/scaleistanbul.com\/en\/sektor\/e-ticaret\/","title":{"rendered":"E-Ticaret Sekt\u00f6r\u00fc"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de E-Ticaret Sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn Ge\u00e7mi\u015fi, Geli\u015fimi ve Mevcut Durumu<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4\">T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de e-ticaret sekt\u00f6r\u00fc, 2000\u2019li y\u0131llar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda internet kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n yayg\u0131nla\u015fmas\u0131yla birlikte g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr h\u00e2le gelmi\u015f; 2010 sonras\u0131nda mobil internet, dijital \u00f6deme sistemleri ve b\u00fcy\u00fck platformlar\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fcmesiyle h\u0131z kazanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. 2017 y\u0131l\u0131nda Ticaret Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan Elektronik Ticaret Bilgi Sistemi (ETB\u0130S)\u2019in kurulmas\u0131, sekt\u00f6re ili\u015fkin veri altyap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lendirerek i\u015fletmelerin kay\u0131t alt\u0131na al\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131 ve sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 \u015fekilde izlenmesini sa\u011flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu sayede hem sekt\u00f6r \u015feffafla\u015fm\u0131\u015f hem de T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin dijital ekonomi politikalar\u0131 daha somut bir temele oturmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"5\">T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de e-ihracat son y\u0131llarda k\u00fcresel dijital ticaret trendlerinin etkisiyle \u00f6nemli bir d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm ya\u015fam\u0131\u015f ve \u00fclke ekonomisinin stratejik b\u00fcy\u00fcme alanlar\u0131ndan biri h\u00e2line gelmi\u015ftir. 2010\u2019lu y\u0131llarda daha \u00e7ok bireysel sat\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 hacimlerle yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131na \u00fcr\u00fcn g\u00f6ndermesi \u015feklinde ilerleyen s\u00fcre\u00e7, ETGB\u2019nin (Elektronik Ticaret G\u00fcmr\u00fck Beyan\u0131) devreye al\u0131nmas\u0131, lojistik \u015firketlerinin mikro ihracata uygun altyap\u0131 kurmas\u0131, \u00f6deme sistemlerinin uluslararas\u0131 i\u015flemleri kolayla\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131 ve pazaryerlerinin s\u0131n\u0131r \u00f6tesi sat\u0131\u015f imkanlar\u0131n\u0131 geni\u015fletmesiyle kurumsal bir yap\u0131ya b\u00fcr\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6\">Pandemi d\u00f6nemi ise hem i\u015fletmelerin dijitalle\u015fme h\u0131z\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rm\u0131\u015f hem de d\u00fcnya genelinde online al\u0131\u015fveri\u015f davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lendirerek e-ihracat\u0131 T\u00fcrkiye i\u00e7in stratejik bir f\u0131rsat alan\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Bu d\u00f6nemde KOB\u0130\u2019ler, butik markalar ve giri\u015fimciler d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck maliyetle global pazarlara a\u00e7\u0131lma imk\u00e2n\u0131 bulmu\u015f; \u00f6zellikle ABD, Avrupa ve K\u00f6rfez \u00fclkelerine y\u00f6nelik h\u0131zl\u0131 mikro ihracat ak\u0131\u015f\u0131 yayg\u0131nla\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"7\">Sekt\u00f6r raporlar\u0131na g\u00f6re T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin e-ihracat hacmi 2022 y\u0131l\u0131nda yakla\u015f\u0131k 2,2 milyar dolar d\u00fczeyindeyken 2023\u2019te 5 milyar dolara yakla\u015fm\u0131\u015f, 2024 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7in ise sekt\u00f6r hedefi 8 milyar dolar olarak a\u00e7\u0131klanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc b\u00fcy\u00fcmenin temel sebepleri aras\u0131nda lojistik h\u0131z\u0131n artmas\u0131, \u00fcr\u00fcn listeleme kalitesinin y\u00fckselmesi, Amazon\u2013Etsy\u2013eBay\u2013Trendyol Go Global gibi platformlar\u0131n T\u00fcrk sat\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131 destekleyen operasyon modelleri geli\u015ftirmesi ve devlet te\u015fviklerinin yayg\u0131nla\u015fmas\u0131 yer almaktad\u0131r. E-ihracat g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde sadece b\u00fcy\u00fck \u015firketlerin de\u011fil, mikro giri\u015fimlerden \u00fcretici KOB\u0130\u2019lere kadar geni\u015f bir i\u015fletme kitlesinin k\u00fcreselle\u015fme arac\u0131 h\u00e2line gelmi\u015ftir. Devlet destekleri; marka tescilinden dijital reklama, yaz\u0131l\u0131mdan lojistik giderlerine kadar geni\u015fletilerek i\u015fletmelerin maliyetlerini azaltm\u0131\u015f; bu sayede s\u0131n\u0131r \u00f6tesi sat\u0131\u015f daha eri\u015filebilir h\u00e2le gelmi\u015ftir. T\u00fcm bu geli\u015fmelerin sonucunda e-ihracat, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin katma de\u011ferli \u00fcr\u00fcn stratejisini destekleyen, d\u00f6viz girdisini art\u0131ran ve geleneksel ihracat\u0131n yan\u0131nda h\u0131zla b\u00fcy\u00fcyen yeni nesil ticaret modeli olarak \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<h3>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de E-Ticaretin B\u00fcy\u00fcme S\u00fcreci<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"9\">T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de e-ticaret, \u00f6zellikle 2019 sonras\u0131 d\u00f6nemde dikkat \u00e7ekici bir b\u00fcy\u00fcme ivmesi yakalam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. E-Ticaretin G\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fc Raporuna g\u00f6re:<\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"10\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10,0,0\">2019\u20132024 aras\u0131nda e-ticaret hacmi y\u0131ll\u0131k bile\u015fik b\u00fcy\u00fcme oran\u0131 %61,7\u2019dir.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10,1,0\">2024 y\u0131l\u0131 genel e-ticaret hacmi 3 trilyon TL\u2019ye ula\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10,2,0\">\u0130\u015flem say\u0131s\u0131 5,91 milyar adet olmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10,3,0\">Perakende e-ticaret hacminin bile\u015fik b\u00fcy\u00fcme oran\u0131 %85,66 seviyesindedir.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"11\">Bu y\u00fcksek b\u00fcy\u00fcme, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin dijital yetkinli\u011fi y\u00fcksek gen\u00e7 n\u00fcfusu, h\u0131zl\u0131 teslimat ve geli\u015fmi\u015f lojistik altyap\u0131s\u0131, mobil \u00f6deme \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmleri ve platform \u00e7e\u015fitlili\u011fi sayesinde desteklenmektedir.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"12\">2024 y\u0131l\u0131nda e-ticaretin GSYH i\u00e7indeki pay\u0131 %6,5 olarak hesaplanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. (GSYH: 43,4 trilyon TL) Ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemde e-ticaretin genel ticarete oran\u0131 %19,1\u2019dir. Bu oran, dijitalle\u015fmenin art\u0131k ticaretin ayr\u0131lmaz bir par\u00e7as\u0131 h\u00e2line geldi\u011fini g\u00f6stermektedir. Ayl\u0131k bazda kampanya d\u00f6nemleri (\u00f6zellikle Kas\u0131m) oran\u0131 %22\u201330 band\u0131na ta\u015f\u0131m\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"13\">2024 verileri, farkl\u0131 sekt\u00f6rlerde e-ticaretin yo\u011funluk d\u00fczeylerini ortaya koymaktad\u0131r:<\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"14\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"14,0,0\"><b>Giyim, Ayakkab\u0131 ve Aksesuar:<\/b> 301 milyar TL ile en b\u00fcy\u00fck hacme sahip sekt\u00f6rd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"14,1,0\"><b>Havayollar\u0131, Seyahat-Depolama, Elektronik<\/b> sekt\u00f6rleri onu izlemektedir.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"14,2,0\"><b>Kitap ve dergi<\/b> sekt\u00f6r\u00fc e-ticarette en y\u00fcksek penetrasyona (%53) sahip alanlardan biridir.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"14,3,0\"><b>Yemek ve h\u0131zl\u0131 ticaret (Q-commerce)<\/b> kategorileri T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de global ortalaman\u0131n \u00fczerinde bir yayg\u0131nl\u0131\u011fa sahiptir.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"15\">Demografik olarak:<\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"16\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"16,0,0\">E-ticaret harcamalar\u0131n\u0131n %58\u2019i kad\u0131nlar taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"16,1,0\">En yo\u011fun al\u0131c\u0131 kitlesi 25\u201334 ya\u015f aras\u0131 kullan\u0131c\u0131lard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"17\">Bu g\u00f6stergeler hem t\u00fcketici profilinin gen\u00e7 oldu\u011funu hem de dijital t\u00fcketim al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc \u015fekilde yerle\u015fti\u011fini ortaya koymaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<h3>\u0130\u015fletme Profili ve Ekosistem<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"19\">2024 y\u0131l\u0131 itibar\u0131yla T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de 600.800 i\u015fletme e-ticaret faaliyeti y\u00fcr\u00fctmektedir. Bunlar\u0131n:<\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"20\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"20,0,0\">%78,6\u2019s\u0131 \u015fah\u0131s i\u015fletmesi,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"20,1,0\">%17,8\u2019i limited \u015firket,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"20,2,0\">%3,6\u2019s\u0131 anonim \u015firket stat\u00fcs\u00fcndedir.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"21\">Sekt\u00f6rde k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck hacimli i\u015fletme oran\u0131 olduk\u00e7a y\u00fcksektir (%72,1). Bu durum, e-ticaretin KOB\u0130 ve mikro giri\u015fimler i\u00e7in \u00e7ok eri\u015filebilir bir alan oldu\u011funu g\u00f6stermektedir.<\/p>\n<h3>T\u00dc\u0130K \u0130hracat ve \u0130thalat Verileri Ba\u011flam\u0131nda E-Ticaret<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"23\">E-Ticaretin G\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fc Raporu\u2019nda yer alan hesaplamalarda T\u00dc\u0130K\u2019in genel ticaret ve GSYH verileri temel al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. 2024 y\u0131l\u0131nda:<\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"24\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"24,0,0\">T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin GSYH\u2019si 43,4 trilyon TL,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"24,1,0\">E-ticaretin GSYH pay\u0131 %6,5,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"24,2,0\">Genel ticaret hacmine oran\u0131 %19,1\u2019dir.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"25\">T\u00dc\u0130K ticaret verileri ile e-ticaret verileri birbirine entegre edilerek sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn ekonomideki a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 modellemi\u015ftir. Bu entegrasyon T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin d\u0131\u015f ticaret performans\u0131nda dijital ticaretin oynad\u0131\u011f\u0131 rol\u00fc de\u011ferlendirmeye imk\u00e2n sa\u011flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. E-ihracat a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de platform ve lojistik altyap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fc\u00e7lenmesi, mikro ihracat kolayl\u0131klar\u0131, ETGB uygulamalar\u0131 ve yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131 pazaryerlerinin etkisiyle son y\u0131llarda h\u0131zl\u0131 bir b\u00fcy\u00fcme ya\u015fanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. E-ithalat ise b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde elektronik, giyim ve kozmetik kategorilerinde yo\u011funla\u015fmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"26\">T\u00dc\u0130K\u2019in a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131\u011f\u0131 son d\u0131\u015f ticaret endeksi sonu\u00e7lar\u0131na g\u00f6re, ihracat birim de\u011fer endeksi Eyl\u00fcl ay\u0131nda y\u0131ll\u0131k bazda %6 art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir. Bu art\u0131\u015f, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin ihra\u00e7 etti\u011fi \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin ortalama de\u011ferinin y\u00fckseldi\u011fini ve daha y\u00fcksek katma de\u011ferli \u00fcr\u00fcnlere y\u00f6nelimin g\u00fc\u00e7lendi\u011fini i\u015faret etmektedir. E-ihracat yapan i\u015fletmeler a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan bu durum, global pazarlarda rekabet g\u00fcc\u00fc olan \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin daha de\u011ferli bir segmentte konumlanabilece\u011fini g\u00f6stermektedir.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"27\">Ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemde ithalat birim de\u011fer endeksinin y\u0131ll\u0131k %1,7 artmas\u0131 , T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin ithal etti\u011fi \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin ortalama fiyatlar\u0131n\u0131n daha s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 bir art\u0131\u015fla y\u00fckseldi\u011fini ortaya koymaktad\u0131r. Buna kar\u015f\u0131n ithalat miktar endeksindeki %6,9\u2019luk art\u0131\u015f , yurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131 tedarik hacminin y\u00fckseldi\u011fini g\u00f6stermektedir. Bu durum, e-ticaret i\u015fletmelerinin \u00f6zellikle tedarik zinciri s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinde k\u00fcresel \u00fcr\u00fcn ak\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n artt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve yurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan sa\u011flanan pek \u00e7ok \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn i\u00e7 pazarda talep g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc yans\u0131tmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"28\">Sekt\u00f6rel k\u0131r\u0131l\u0131mda ise g\u0131da-i\u00e7ecek-t\u00fct\u00fcn kalemlerinde ihracat birim de\u011ferinin %11,1, imalat sanayinde (g\u0131da hari\u00e7) %5,8 artt\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. Bu art\u0131\u015flar, hem \u00fcretim de\u011ferinin hem de d\u0131\u015f pazar fiyatlamas\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fc\u00e7lendi\u011fini g\u00f6stermekte olup, e-ihracat yapan i\u015fletmeler i\u00e7in hedef pazarlara y\u00f6nelik fiyatlama stratejilerinde \u00f6nemli bir g\u00f6sterge niteli\u011findedir. \u0130thalatta ise g\u0131da-i\u00e7ecek-t\u00fct\u00fcn kaleminde birim de\u011fer %10,2, imalat sanayinde %2 artt\u0131\u011f\u0131, ham maddelerde ise %4,5 azald\u0131\u011f\u0131 kaydedilmi\u015ftir. Bu tablo, \u00f6zellikle i\u00e7 pazarda sat\u0131\u015f yapan e-ticaret firmalar\u0131n\u0131n maliyet bile\u015fenlerinde de\u011fi\u015fkenlik yaratabilecek tedarik maliyet hareketlerini g\u00f6stermektedir.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"29\">E-ticaret sekt\u00f6r\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, d\u0131\u015f ticaret endekslerindeki bu de\u011fi\u015fimler; \u00fcr\u00fcn fiyatland\u0131rmas\u0131, maliyet hesaplar\u0131, tedarik optimizasyonu ve global pazarlara a\u00e7\u0131lma stratejileri \u00fczerinde do\u011frudan etkili olmaktad\u0131r. \u0130hracat birim de\u011ferindeki art\u0131\u015f, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin dijital platformlar \u00fczerinden ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi\u011fi e-ihracat faaliyetlerinde daha de\u011ferli \u00fcr\u00fcn segmentlerine y\u00f6nelmeyi desteklerken; ithalat miktar\u0131ndaki y\u00fckseli\u015f, i\u00e7 pazardaki \u00fcr\u00fcn \u00e7e\u015fitlili\u011finin ve tedarik zinciri yo\u011funlu\u011funun artt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 i\u015faret etmektedir. Bu tablo, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de e-ticaretin ekonomik etkisinin giderek daha belirgin hale geldi\u011fini ortaya koymaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"30\">Sonu\u00e7 olarak, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de e-ticaret sekt\u00f6r\u00fc, teknolojik d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn etkisiyle son 10 y\u0131lda g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir b\u00fcy\u00fcme g\u00f6stermi\u015f; 2024 itibar\u0131yla ekonominin %6,5\u2019ine ula\u015fan hacmiyle stratejik bir alan h\u00e2line gelmi\u015ftir. T\u00dc\u0130K verileriyle desteklenen bu b\u00fcy\u00fcme, \u00fclkenin dijitalle\u015fme kapasitesi, lojistik geli\u015fmi\u015flik d\u00fczeyi ve t\u00fcketici davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n h\u0131zla de\u011fi\u015fmesiyle do\u011frudan ili\u015fkilidir. \u00d6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki d\u00f6nemde e-ihracat politikalar\u0131, \u00f6deme teknolojileri ve yapay zek\u00e2 destekli ticaret modelleri sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn b\u00fcy\u00fcme h\u0131z\u0131n\u0131 belirleyecek temel fakt\u00f6rler olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<hr data-path-to-node=\"31\" \/>\n<h2>E-Ticaret Ekosistemindeki Pazaryerleri, Yaz\u0131l\u0131mlar, Entegrat\u00f6rler ve Kargo \u015eirketleri<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"33\">T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de e-ticaret ekosistemi, sat\u0131\u015f\u0131n ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti\u011fi dijital platformlardan \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn m\u00fc\u015fteriye ula\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayan lojistik a\u011flara kadar birbirini tamamlayan \u00e7ok say\u0131da bile\u015fenin uyumlu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131yla ilerlemektedir. Bu yap\u0131 hem b\u00fcy\u00fck markalar\u0131n hem de KOB\u0130\u2019lerin dijital ticarete eri\u015fimini kolayla\u015ft\u0131rarak sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn 2024 y\u0131l\u0131nda 3 trilyon TL hacme ula\u015fmas\u0131na katk\u0131 sa\u011flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ekosistemin ana bile\u015fenleri; pazaryerleri, e-ticaret yaz\u0131l\u0131mlar\u0131, entegrasyon \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmleri ve kargo \u015firketleri olarak d\u00f6rt ba\u015fl\u0131kta de\u011ferlendirilebilir.<\/p>\n<h3>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de E-Ticaret Ekosisteminin Temel Bile\u015fenleri<\/h3>\n<h3>1.
